Who we are

Matrix of Destiny (“the site”, “we”, “us”) is run by GC Ventures sp. z o.o., Al. Powstania Warszawskiego 15, 31-539 Kraków, Poland, registered in the Polish National Court Register (KRS 0001001861, NIP 6751773409, REGON 523642185). You can reach us at contact@destinymatrix.me.

These terms apply when you use the site at destinymatrix.me and when you buy a reading. By using the site, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What the site does

The site calculates the Matrix of Destiny for any birth date and explains how the wheel works: which number stands where, where it comes from, what each place means, and what each of the 22 energies means in general. This part is free and needs no sign-up.

The Full reading is paid. It interprets the numbers of one birth date: each number in its place, and the numbers read together.

What a reading is, and what it is not

The Matrix of Destiny is a symbolic system for reflection, built on numerology and the 22 Major Arcana. A reading is an interpretation. It is not a scientific finding, and it does not predict events.

Nothing on the site is medical, psychological, financial or legal advice. The health map describes themes to reflect on, not a diagnosis. If you have a health concern, see a doctor. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services.

A reading gives you a perspective. Decisions about your work, relationships, money and health stay with you.

Buying a Full reading

A Full reading belongs to one birth date. It opens every description for that date: all 30 places on the wheel, the 4 purposes, and how the numbers work together. You pay once. It is not a subscription.

The price is shown before you pay and includes VAT where VAT applies. Every date after your first one, bought with the same email address, costs less. The price shown at checkout is the one you pay.

Payments are handled by Creem, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Creem sells the reading to you, takes the payment, charges any sales tax and issues your invoice. Creem’s own terms apply to the payment.

To buy, you must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age where you live, and able to enter into a binding contract.

The reading opens right after payment. It belongs to the date, not to a language, so it opens in English and in Polish.

Getting back to your readings

There is no password. Your readings are kept under the email address you paid with. After each payment, we send you an email with a one-time sign-in link and a code.

The browser you paid in remembers the date you bought for one year, using a cookie. On another device, enter your email address on the site and we will send you a new link.

Keep access to that inbox. Anyone who can read your email can open your readings.

If you typed the birth date wrong, you can correct it once, within 7 days of buying, on the Your readings page. After that, write to us.

Your readings stay available for as long as we run the site. If we ever close it, we will tell you by email at least 30 days in advance.

Readings for someone else

You can enter anyone’s birth date and buy a reading for it. Treat other people’s dates with respect, and never use a reading to pressure, shame or harm the person it is about.

You can send one copy of each reading to the person whose date it is. We email them a link. Send it only to someone you know and who would want it.

Refunds and your right of withdrawal

A reading is digital content that opens immediately. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. When you buy, you ask for the reading to open at once and you acknowledge that you lose this right once it opens.

If you buy the same date twice, we refund the second payment in full, automatically.

If something went wrong, write to us within 14 days of buying. We look at every request individually and refund where it is fair. Refunds go back through Creem to the way you paid.

A full refund or a chargeback closes the descriptions for that date, including any copy sent to someone else. A partial refund does not.

None of this limits your rights under consumer law, for example if a reading does not open or does not match what we described.

Using the site

The site and your readings are for personal use. Please do not:

  • copy, publish or sell the texts of readings or of the site;
  • collect content with bots, scrapers or other automated tools;
  • try to get paid text without paying, or get around how access works;
  • interfere with the site’s security or how it runs;
  • use the site in a way that breaks the law.

If someone breaks these rules, we may stop their access. If you paid, we will tell you why, and you can reply.

Who owns what

The texts, charts, design and software of the site belong to us or are licensed to us, and are protected by copyright. The method, the calculation and the traditional meanings of the Arcana belong to no one. Our wording of them does.

When you buy a reading, you get a personal, non-transferable right to read it, keep a copy for yourself and share it privately with the person it is about. Publishing it, in full or in large parts, needs our written consent.

Your data

We collect as little as we can. How we handle your email address, the birth dates you enter and your payment records is described in our Privacy policy.

You can delete your data at any time on the Your readings page. This removes your readings and your order history from our systems. Creem keeps the invoices, as the seller and as tax law requires.

Changes to the site

We work to keep the site available, but we cannot promise it will never be down or free of errors. We may change, add or remove free features. We will not take away the content of a reading you have bought, though we may improve its wording.

Liability

The free part of the site is provided as it is.

We are not responsible for decisions you make based on a reading.

As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for a reading is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We do not limit liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Your rights as a consumer are not affected.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the site or the law changes. The date at the top shows the current version. A change does not apply to a purchase made before it, unless the law requires it. We email everyone who has bought a reading about important changes.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there.

If you have a problem, please write to us first at contact@destinymatrix.me. We reply within 14 days.
